Course information:
This 4-hour online course is designed for any law enforcement officers involved in the tracking and monitoring of suspects through urban, suburban, or rural conditions for the purpose of documenting activities and potentially interdicting on these actions. Attendees will gain the knowledge and vernacular necessary to conduct important physical surveillance operations for any type of investigation.
This course is for sworn law enforcement personnel only.

Matt Cresta
served as a sworn law enforcement officer for over twenty years. After serving as an Infantry Scout with the 101st Airborne Division and 8th Infantry Division he was hired by the Lower Merion Police Department where he spent over fifteen years, with a majority of that time spent assigned to the Special Investigations Unit and the Special Operations Unit. Matt subsequently joined the Delaware County Criminal Investigation Division as a major case Detective where he served for five years. During his service Matt has conducted thousands of Investigations to included cases with several DEA, County Narcotics, and Multi-State Organized Crime Task Forces. Currently Matt is the Northeast Regional Manager for Penlink.
