Drug Identification is a critical tool that every law enforcement officer should know. The ability to immediately recognize narcotics, their paraphernalia, cutting agents, and physiological effects in any situation allows the officer to have success in arresting drug violators and seizing large quantities of drugs, firearms, and U.S. currency.

Numerous sample pictures of the narcotics, videos of physiological effects, and procedures on how to properly conduct presumptive field tests will be presented to officers. 

This four (4) hour webinar will provide an in-depth look at the most common narcotics currently found on the street, the contraband associated with them, and the physiological and psychological effects.

Matt Griffin, served 17 years with the Keene, NH Police Department before retiring in December 2017 to provide Fentanyl training across the country. Matt spent his last 3 years assigned to the NH Attorney General’s Drug Task Force working in an undercover capacity combatting the Opioid Epidemic. During his 17 years, he was assigned to the Clandestine Lab Team after training in Quantico, VA, Community Oriented Policing Squad, Street Level Narcotics Squad and has developed and implemented Fentanyl/Narcan training and policies for thousands of agencies across the country.
