Before joining PLET, Carolyn worked for the Atascocita Fire Department as an Emergency Care Attendant and Ambulance Driver for nineteen (19) years. She graduated from the Humble Community Emergency Response Team program in 2013 and the Humble Citizens Police Academy in May 2014. Carolyn continues her lifelong commitment to serving others by handling the day-to-day business needs of PLET.
