Law Enforcement constantly evolves to address the complexity of public service while maintaining a balance of reasonable force and public confidence. As part of this evolutionary process, law enforcement officers must understand the importance of mindset and its relationship to training.
“21st Century Policing” is a motivational course designed to inspire officers from all law enforcement disciplines to self-assess individual preparation. This course is designed for all levels of experience, from the rookie to the most seasoned veterans.
This course promotes interaction between instructor and participant, while sharing inspiring video and constitutional law presented for application by any law enforcement officer/agent.
